On 2 July, SEDISA presented the Centre for Innovation in Health Sector Leadership (CILSS) for Health Organisation Managers. The initiative was created in collaboration with the Luzán Health Consultancy5 to respond to a clear need in our Health System.
On the occasion of the inauguration of the centre, our partner Luis Truchado gave a talk on leadership and innovation in the healthcare sector.

Truchado commented that the most difficult position to find is that of manager, and in this respect he proposed reflecting on the quality of leadership as an essential tool for directing and managing change in healthcare organisations.
Also contributing to the debate were renowned colleagues from the sector such as Carlos Mur and César Pascual , who highlighted the importance of inaugurating a space such as the CILSS. ‘Our mission is to change the system and move towards excellence through the training of professionals,’ added Joaquín Estévez, President of SEDISA.
