The debate at the 5th edition of #EmploymentLab, coordinated by the International University of La Rioja (UNIR), focused on the professions of the future, the impact of Big Data and new technologies, resilience, humanisation, teamwork and the effectiveness or efficiency of healthcare in Spain.

Our Director, Luis Truchado, spoke on behalf of EuroGalenus and as Co-Founder of the employment portal specialised in Health and Lifesciences, GalenusJobs.

Luis proposed reflecting on certain aspects associated with the training of human capital in the sector today, starting the debate with the question of whether we should teach health to technologists or technology to health professionals.

In another part of the forum, he also insisted on the importance of raising awareness that we are already in the age of knowledge: we have to make it very clear to the new generations that we are responsible for our directed learning.
